Our Takedown Process
When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will review the complaint, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, and make a good-faith effort to notify the party who posted it. We may forward the notice (with personal contact details removed) to the affected user.
Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing: (1) identification of the removed material and the URL where it previously appeared; (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification; (3) your name, address, telephone number, and email address; (4) a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice; and (5) your physical or electronic signature.
Send your counter-notice to: leahcameron286@gmail.com
We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we may restrict or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly post infringing material.
